In the summer of 2007 I worked with Dr. Weidenhamer studying of the accessibility of lead in metal jewelry and the lead content of coatings on plastic jewelry items.  I also studied the carryover effects of sorgoleone, a potent phytotoxin exuded by sorghum roots, on dormant seeds.
