The Foods and Nutrition degree combines coursework in food science principles, meal preparation labs, and human nutrition, Imagewhich prepares the student for career opportunities such as nutritionists, food service management, corporate or private health/fitness instructors/educators, or continuation in graduate studies. We also offer a minor in wellness that incorporates classes from the Sport Sciences Department.
