  • Dietary interventions involving behavioral theories such as the Transtheoretical Model, Health Belief Model, and Self-Efficiency Model

  • Dr. Vanata has experience in the food industry (Flavor and Fragrances), worksite wellness/promotion at Duke University, and in private practice (nutrition counseling).
