1. CATALOG DESCRIPTION:
An in-depth examination of particular legal principles including, but not limited to the Uniform Commercial Code, labor and other employment law, consumer protection, product liability law and administrative agency law.

3. COURSE OBJECTIVES:
Complimentary emphasis to 401 Business Law which will stress additional and advanced legal theory. From Business Law 401, students will be involved with specific codified law and business entities through which law and business will be integrated. Prepare those students who are accounting majors to take the C.P.A. exam. Also prepare other business majors to identify and respond to legal issues.

· Outcome Sought- Identify and measure the extent of analysis, application, synthesis and evaluation of ethical and legal theory.

Written Component- Both In Class Examinations and Homework Assignment

Oral Component- In Class Presentation
