AU in Germany is a four week International study program which gives the students the opportunity to complete six hours undergraduate credit, selecting two od the four courses offered.  Courses are Ashland University catalog courses taught by AU faculty, including one Education course and three Core courses.

The education course offers an elective field experience during which students teach conversational English in German schools.  Knowledge of the German language is not needed.

The program begins the Monday following Sping commencement.  Students attend classes the first week at AU, then fly to Berlin and study in Wittenberg Germany the next three weeks.  Excursions to Belin, Leipzig, Weimar, Erfurt, Research and Buchenwald are included.
