These courses are short-term (typically four weeks or less) and

FCS Italian Design: Fashion & Food: Spring Break, March 5 - 13, 2010 Traveling to Italy will provide students with the opportunity to experience one culture in depth i.e., with a focus on either the foods or the fashions of the area. To prepare, students will complete the course paper on an Italian topic to be further researched in Italy. London 2010: June 29 - July 13, 2010 Education 788: Inquiry Seminar in Education Travel to London, England and gain the opportunity to observe and learn about the intersections of culture, diversity, and curriculum from a wider lens than you are used to here in the U.S. Learn about some of the global influences on education while having fun too!
