FCS Italian Design: Fashion & Food: Spring Break, March 5 - 13, 2010
Traveling to Italy will provide students with the opportunity to experience one culture in depth i.e., with a focus on either the foods or the fashions of the area. To prepare, students will complete the course paper on an Italian topic to be further researched in Italy.
