Application Procedures: Please have the following sent to the Office of International Student Services, Ashland University, Ashland, OH 44805-3799 U.S.A.
  1. Application form and a $50.00 non-refundable application fee. Make check payable to Ashland University.
  2. Certified copies of academic records for all secondary schools, colleges, and universities attended, both in English and the original language.
  3. Certified copies of results of any state or governmental comprehensive exams such as the Baccalaureate or the GCE, if taken.
  4. * A properly completed Certification of Finances form accompanied by a bank statement.
* The Certification Of Finance (COF) forms may be downloaded from this site. If you are unable to download the COF forms, you may request us to send or fax a copy to you.
