Application Procedures

Mail: Mail  the following numbered application materials to:

Online: Scroll down and fill in our on-line application form, then submit rest of the materials
by mail.
 
1. Application form (print out the on-line application) and a $50.00

non-refundable application fee. Make check payable to Ashland University.
If you are also applying to ACCESS, only one application fee of $50.00 is required.
2. Official transcripts from previous undergraduate and graduate colleges

and universities in English and the original language.
3. A copy of your most recent graduation certificate (diploma) in English

and the original language.
4. Results of the GMAT Test, if your grade point average (GPA) is below

2.75/4.00, or equivalent.
5. Results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or IELTS test,

if taken.
6. A properly completed Certification of Finances form, or an Affidavit of

Support (Form I-134), both supported by a bank statement.
7. Two letters of recommendation from persons qualified to estimate your

background and abilities to pursue a program of graduate study.
8. A letter from your employer(s) proving two years of full-time work experience.
9. A brief statement on your career objectives in pursuing the MBA.


The Certification Of Finance (COF) forms may be downloaded from this site. If you are
unable to download the COF forms, you may request us to send or fax a copy to you.

Biographical Information/Career Objectives Statement

All Applicants: Use the space below to tell us about your educational background and
your work history, if any. Also explain why you want to obtain a degree from Ashland
University and how you plan to use your degree in the future. Be sure to account for
