Q: What are the admission requirements to the Master of Education (M.Ed.) program?

A: Regular admissions procedures are based on evidence of the following:
Completed Application for Admissions form online and submit to the Cleveland Center;
$30.00 non-refundable application fee;
An official bachelor’s degree transcript from an accredited college or university;
Cumulative grade point average of 2.75 or above (4.0 system);
A copy of State of Ohio teaching license or its equivalent;
A letter of teaching experience from the superintendent or principal of a school, for a non certified and/or non teaching experienced student having a GPA of 2.75, two letters of recommendation are required;
Good moral character form;
A personal interview with the Center Program Director for the Master of Education Program 

Q. What are the Course Offering Delivery Options?

A: THE NEW DEFINTIONS TO THE COURSE OFFERINGS ARE:
Online Course (OLC) All of the course meetings are conducted online without any required face-to-face sessions. Course meetings may be synchronous or asynchronous. Students access the course content and engage in instructional activities to facilitate learning through the University's Learning Management System (LMS);
• Hybrid Online course (HOLC) Seventy-five percent (75%) or more of the course meetings are conducted online. Online course meetings may be synchronous or asynchronous. Students access the course content and engage in instructional activities to facilitate learning through the University's Learning Management System (LMS). Hybrid dates are subject to change. Please confirm with individual instructor. Three face to face meetings or less;
Hybrid Course (HBR) Less than seventy-five percent (75% )of the course meetings are conducted online. Online course meetings may be synchronous or asynchronous. Students access the course content and engage in instructional activities to facilitate learning through the University's Learning Management System (LMS). Hybrid dates are subject to change. Please confirm with individual instructor. More than three face to face meetings;
Classroom Instruction (CLR) All of the scheduled course meetings are face-to face in the time and room schedule for the course. Students maybe expected to access the course content through the University's Learning Management system (LMS).
