Part time Swing Shift
Description of work to be done:
Producing food items and presenting them in an attractive manner using proper cooking techniques.
Document production records, and maintain sanitation standards regarding all stages of food preparation.
Responsible for prep as needed, and ensuring all unused portions are properly stored and labeled and recorded.
Responsible for relieving full and part time employees on days off.
Special qualifications desired:
Must possess a positive, enthusiastic and outgoing personality in dealing with the general public, and student customers.
Must be detail oriented, reliable as well as a self starter and able to work with little or no supervision.
Excellent stamina, bending and lifting is required, along with standing for long periods of time.
Tolerance to extreme heat in a kitchen environment.
Must work weekends as needed.
