General Summary:

This position will provide exceptional leadership, vision and management to build and strengthen a comprehensive program focused on increasing alumni (degree and non-degree) and community engagement in networking, service and fmancial suppod to the Seminary's mission. In addition to implementing a comprehensive program that serves thousands of alumni, churches and friends of the Seminaty, the Director is an integral team member of the Institutional  Advancement department.

Typical Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operate equipment for mowing grass.

2. Operate snow removal equipment including tractors, salt spreaders, hydraulic brooms, walk behind snow blower, etc.

3. Operate all types of outdoor power equipment including chainsaws, sprayers, mowers, ground prep equipment, as well as various types of vehicles.

4. Ability to obtain or already possess pesticide applicators license.

5. Experience with irrigation system operation and maintenance.

Casual Weekend Building Services

Perform services required for the cleaning and upkeep of buildings at Ashland University which consist of: living facilities, dining area, laundry areas, restrooms, classrooms and/or offices. Ensuring the outer perimeter of every building is clean and litter free is also required.
