Richland County Foundation is offering college scholarships to undergraduate students from Richland County. This is a need-based college scholarship program has three eligibility requirements: (1). Applicant must be a permanent resident of Richland County; (2). Applicant will or does attend an accredited undergraduate school full-time for the academic year; and (3). Applicant must have a 2.5 GPA (if a new applicant) or a 2.0 GPA (if re-applying). Applications are available at, or in the Financial Aid Office. The following must be submitted to the Foundation on or before April 1st. Completed application, Student Aid Report, most recent grades.
