Welcome to the Ashland Family!

We look forward to making the Ashland University family spirit a more integral part of your family. The Office of Alumni & Parent Relations strives to meet the needs of Ashland parents and address various issues that are of importance to our students' well being.

As a parent of an Ashland student, you are automatically enrolled as a member of the Ashland University Parents Association. The governing body of the AUPA is the Executive Committee and is comprised of representatives from each of the four academic classes. They serve as a liaison between Ashland University parents, students, faculty, staff and administration. Together with this association, our office will continue to build and expand upon programs that will benefit Ashland students and their families.

Currently, the AUPA is involved with Orientation, Family Weekend and the Parents Project. We keep parents informed via "Staying Connected "- our parents e-newsletter. In addition, Ashland University has joined with e2Campus to provide a service for students and parents to receive emergency alerts on your cell phone, email, pager or PDA.

"Accent on the Individual" is truly a family experience. Whether you are local or long distance, we welcome your involvement with the University. We want to make sure you are pleased with your student's choice as we are with having them as an Ashland University student.
