Athletic Complex Project

The Athletic Complex will consist principally of two adjacent stadiums -- the Football Stadium and the Soccer/Track Stadium -- and a Field House. The project will include the following:

I.  Infrastructure	$1,900,000	Site work, utilities, parking, pavements, landscaping
II.  Structures	$14,250,000	Seating (7,000-seat Football Stadium, 1,000-seat Soccer/Track Stadium), concessions and locker rooms, press box, rest rooms, end zone main field house, athletic training area, weight training facility, entertainment areas, accessories (scoreboards, lights, etc.)
III.  Playing Surfaces	$1,550,000	Football field with synthetic turf, soccer field with synthetic turf, track with synthetic surface, intramural/club sport field with natural surface
IV.  Furnishings and Additions	$1,300,000	Technology, sound system, furniture, signage, fencing, general conditions
V.  Land Acquisition	$1,000,000
VI.  Endowment	$3,000,000
