AU Men’s Golf Eighth at Northwood

The Ashland University men’s golf team was at the Northwood Invitational on Sunday (Sept. 28). The Eagles wrapped up a trip to Saginaw Valley and Northwood with an eighth place finish at Northwood. Nine teams competed at the event.

AU had a team score of 625. The host Timberwolves finished first at 601. Wayne State (603) finished second and Ferris State (607) was third.

Northwood’s Justin Holyszko shot 143 to take medalist honors. AU’s top score was carded by Kyle Swigart. He shot 151 and finished in a tie for 10th.
