AU Men's Golf Signee Receives Award

Joe D’Andrea (Columbus, OH/St. Francis DeSales) hasn’t competed for the Ashland University golf team yet, but he’s quickly one the way to establishing himself as a top-notch golfer.

D’Andrea, part of the recruiting class that will begin school in the fall, received a $2500 scholarship recently in Columbus, OH. The Memorial Tournament/Wolfe Associates Junior Golf Scholarship was presented to D’Andrea by Jack Nicklaus on Wednesday, June 2, at the practice range at Muirfield Village Golf Club.

The head coach of the AU men’s golf team is Ben Cavey.
