AU Baseball Hosts Advanced Youth Clinics

The Ashland University baseball program will host advanced pitching and hitting clinics for players in grades 5-12, ages 11 and older. The clinics will be held Jan. 14, Jan. 21, Jan. 28 and Feb. 4. Clinic sessions will be held each day, 10-11 a.m., 11 a.m.-Noon and Noon-1 p.m. Pitching and hitting segments will be held with each session. All clinics will be held at Ashland University’s Conard Fieldhouse.

Instructional groups will be limited to 8-12 participants. There will be four instructors per group. The instructional staff will consist of AU head coach John Schaly, AU assistant coaches and Eagle players. These clinics will focus on individual instruction of hitting and/or pitching fundamentals.
