Public Relations: To maintain a positive relationship with all of our stakeholders through the use of Public Relation tactics.
Development: To establish a program that fosters development of chapter Brothers and Phikeia.
Academics: To develop an environment in which all Brothers can excel in their studies.

Annual Philanthropy - "Phi 4 A Day Service Auction," ALS All Ohio Phi Volleyball Tournament, Adopt-A-Highway clean-up, community service projects, brotherhood retreats, social gatherings.
