Personal Furniture
The cost of removing unwanted furniture is very high. Therefore, if you wish to bring furniture (i.e., tables, chairs, couches) on to University property, you must take it home at the end of the year. Students leaving extra furniture on University property will be charged $50 for removal of furniture and landfill costs. All lofts need to be taken down and beds reassembled prior to 24-hour quiet hours at the end of the year.
