Coburn Gallery to Host Senior Art Exhibitions

Senior Art Exhibition Ashland University

Ashland University’s Coburn Gallery will host two senior art exhibitions this spring that will provide the capstone experience for graduating senior art majors.

The 2014 Senior Art Exhibitions will include graphic design, digital art, printmaking, ceramics and sculpture projects and will represent more than just students’ studio art experiences. For students of the liberal arts, the exhibition is the culmination of their undergraduate careers at Ashland University.

The Senior Art Exhibition I will open on April 3 and run through April 16, while Senior Art Exhibition II will open April 24 and run through May 10. Both are in the Coburn Art Gallery located inside the Center for the Arts on the AU campus.

An opening reception will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on April 3 and again on April 24, with senior art awards being announced at 5 p.m. at the April 24 reception.
