Dr. Paul Cao
Dr. Paul Cao earned his Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology from China in 2001, and his M.S. and doctor degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Duke University, Durham, NC in 2003 and 2006, respectively. He joined Ashland University in Fall 2008 following a year in Oberlin College, Oberlin, OH and a year in North Carolina Central University, Durham, NC. He has taught a variety of computer science and mathematics courses including Computer Programming, Computer Networks, Operating Systems, Computer Hardware, Algorithms, Linear Algebra and Statistics. He is interested in research on system biology and the application of mathematics of uncertainty in computational biology. He is a member of Sigma Xi and Society of Mathematics for Uncertainty.
