- New Admission only may be completed at the main office, which is located just inside the front door.

Parking Permits...
- No parking permit is needed. There is ample parking in
front of the building.
EagleCard ID...
- Students receive a photo I.D. upon completion of admission requirements. I.D.s are available through the front office Tuesday – Thursday.
- The ID is used by students to access other university’s libraries as needed. It also provides them with proof that they are in the graduate program. The I.D. number on the card is used for e-mail, Web Advisor, and Ohio Link Book Loans.

Main Office: Located near the entrance. This office handles all student concerns or will refer them to an office that is equipped to do so.

Class Cancellation: Call the AU snow line: 1-800-882-1548 or visit http://www.ashland.edu any cancellations will be listed on the front page.
Directory: Locate the email of students, faculty and staff at www.ashland.edu and click on directories.'
Lockers: There are no lockers.
Lounge: Located in the rear of the building near the restrooms.
Laptops: Eighteen IBMs and six Macs are available. A driver’s license is required to check them out.
Vending machines: There are several machines that provide coffee, soft drinks, and snacks. Local restaurants are nearby.
