Dr. Falter teaches Investments, Business Finance, Security Analysis, Portfolio Management and Managerial (MBA) Finance and is the Advisor to the Eagle Investment Group.  He holds two finance industry designations, the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).  In addition to a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Dr. Falter was the recipient of a Fulbright Scholar Award in 2009 which involved extensive travel and time in Eastern Europe.  Published in annual proceedings of the Southern Finance Association and Midwest Finance Association, Dr. Falter’s research addresses investor behavior and stock market efficiency.  Dr.  Falter has a Bachelor of Science in economics from Miami University, an MBA with a concentration in quantitative analysis from the University of Toledo and a Doctorate in business administration with focuses in finance and management from Nova Southeastern University.    He consults regional and national organizations including Ohio Fire Chiefs Association, United Way and First National Bank on strategic finance and planning.
