Lindsey Tenyak

Working with children is by far my favorite thing

Lindsey is the absolute definition of a scholar athlete. She was a large contributing factor to the 2013 national champion women’s basketball team and outstanding in the classroom. Mrs. Jan Rinehart, Lindsay’s student teaching supervisor described her this way, “ By being efficient in time management, Lindsay has been highly successful in meeting the demanding requirements for her Early Childhood major and meeting the equally demanding commitment to her chosen sport. She is an outstanding emergent professional who meets every criterion for excellence professionally and as a collegiate athlete. She will make a positive difference in the lives of children.”

We invite you to follow in the footsteps of our many remarkable Early Childhood majors who also have been involved in athletics, service opportunities, or other extra- curricular activities while preparing to make a difference in the lives of children.
