Department of Educational Administration

Our Mission

The mission of Faculty and Staff in the Department of Educational Administration is to provide a high quality education for aspiring administrators. Our goal is to prepare ethical and competent educational leaders who are able to work with diverse groups; to integrate critical thinking skills, communication skills and technical skills; and to exercise reflection, judgment and wisdom in decision-making. Throughout the program, out students will be expected to examine and utilize theories and practices which will equip them to interpret change in meaningful contexts and to subsequently lead effectively.

Our Programs

We offer a variety of programs that fit the needs of today's school leaders. They include:

Degree Program: M.Ed. Educational Administration
Licensure Programs Administrative Specialist License in Curriculum, Instruction, and Professional Development
Administrative Specialist License in Pupil Services
Building Principal
School Superintendent
School Business Manager or School Treasurer License
