Delta Mu Delta
The Delta Mu Delta society honors junior and senior undergraduate students who have completed at least on-half of the required degree work with a GPA of at least a 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. It also honors MBA students who have completed at least one-half of the MBA requirements with a GPA of at least 3.8 on a 4.0 scale. The faculty advisor for the society is Dr. Sivakumar Venkataramany.
Dean's Business Student Council
The Dean's Business Student Council consists of seven to thirteen members who will provide student input to the Dean, as well as bring student concerns to his attention. The minutes from these meetings can be viewed here.
EIG
The Eagle Investment Group is a collection of finance majors that manage an endowment fund in real markets. These students face current issues in their career path, that the professionals deal with as well. This group also studies for post-graduation tests such as the Series 7 for stockbrokers and dealers. Founded in 1991, Ashland University Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) is part of an international organization made up of college students from around the world who come together to develop leadership, teamwork and communication skills through learning, practicing and teaching the principles of free enterprise.
