Commencement Ceremony on Ashland University Web Site
Spring 2013 Commencement will be telecast live on Ashland’s web site at www.ashland.edu, and this event will be archived on the site for graduates to view at a later date.
Photography Service
EagleEye Photography will be shooting photographs of each graduate during the ceremony and each graduate will be contacted to let him or her know what photographs are available for purchase. In addition, EagleEye Photography will be at the grad fairs to photograph students in their caps and gowns. Student will have the opportunity to pre-register for graduation photos. Roses Available
The Parents Association (AUPA) would like to help each graduate celebrate this important day by offering roses at Commencement. They are sold in advance, with the pre-ordered items available for pickup when graduates and their families arrive at the ceremony. Information explaining this service was mailed to all graduates. Those with questions can call the Parent Relations Office at 866-468-8339.
Eagles’ Nest and Talons Concessions
Located in the Hawkins-Conard Student Center, the Eagles’ Nest snack bar will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the day of graduation.
Concessions will be open at the Dwight Schar Athletic Complex’s Miller Stadium at 8:30 a.m. and will continue throughout the outdoor ceremony. Breakfast items such as coffee, hot chocolate, scones and fresh doughnuts will be available along with a limited lunch menu. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
