Commencement Day Luncheon

Commencement Luncheon Planned

You (the graduate) and two members of your family will be our guests for the commencement luncheon, which will be served immediately following the ceremony in Myers Convocation Center if the ceremony is held outdoors at Miller Stadium. In the event of rain, the luncheon for undergraduate students will be held in lower Convocation Center and the Rec Center, while the luncheon for graduate students will be served in Redwood Hall. The buffet is as follows:

Buffet Menu

Mixed green salad with Italian dressing

Fresh Cut Fruit 
Penne pasta tossed with a sun dried tomato alfredo sauce
Carved roast beef with Horseradish Sauce
Grilled chicken breast sauteed with Tarragon
Green bean Almondine
Garlic and chive mashed potatoes
Assorted Rolls and Butter
Assorted desserts
Coffee and iced tea

Tickets are required for the buffet
Each graduate and two guests will receive this special buffet at no charge. For additional guest graduation buffet tickets, there is a $15 charge for adults, a $6 charge for children under 10 and no charge for children under 3. It is recommended that you purchase your tickets in advance by returning the enclosed form with your check by May 1, 2013. Tickets will be returned to you by mail. If your request is received after May 1, your tickets may be picked up Commencement Day in the lobby of the upper level of the Convocation Center.
