Commencement Day Luncheon

Commencement Luncheon Planned

A luncheon will be served following the commencement ceremony in the award-winning catering facilities located in the upper level of John C. Myers Convocation Center. The buffet is as follows:

Buffet Menu

Mixed green salad with Italian dressing

Fresh fruit bowl
Penne pasta with a sun dried tomato sauce
Carved roast beef
Grilled chicken breast with a pommery cream sauce
Green beans
Garlic and chive mashed potatoes
Assorted breads and rolls
Assorted desserts
Coffee and iced tea

Tickets are required for the buffet
Each graduate and two guests will receive this special buffet at no charge. For additional guest graduation buffet tickets, there is a $15 charge for adults, a $6 charge for children under 10 and no charge for children under 3. It is recommended that you purchase your tickets in advance by returning the enclosed form with your check by April 25, 2012. Tickets will be returned to you by mail. If your request is received after April 25, your tickets may be picked up Commencement Day in the lobby of the upper level of the Convocation Center.
