Description: This agency's mission is to provide each individual in Richland, Ashland, Huron counties, and surrounding areas with an alternative to domestic violence by providing access to the Shelter and its resources.
One-Time Volunteer Opportunities: Fund-raising, events for residents, public displays
On-Going Volunteer Opportunities: Child Care during group sessions (Tuesday mornings, nights, and Wednesday afternoons at the shelter, Tuesday nights at Ashland); working in the shelter (available days or evenings, 7 days a week)
Service Learning Opportunities:
Training/Other Requirements Needed: Basic domestic training, plus in- depth training in the shelter for specific jobs
