Description: The Center offers professional, confidential mental/behavioral health and substance abuse counseling, consultation, and education. We assist individuals, couples, and families in overcoming problems in daily living. We offer services for the severely mentally disabled, severely emotionally disabled adolescents, and substance abusing mentally ill, as well as vocational, residential, and medical services. Population served is all of Richland County.
