Federal Yellow Ribbon Program

Federal Yellow Ribbon Program. In partnering with the Veterans Administration in this program, Ashland University has agreed to match the funding provided by the Veterans Administration up to a total of $11,000. Approved applicants can receive up to $5,500 from both the Veterans Administration and Ashland University. The money from Ashland University may come from an institutional grant or scholarship. Up to 20 undergraduate students will be offered funding through this program on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligibility for the benefit is determined by Veterans Affairs and is limited to veterans who served in the armed forces for at least 36 months after September 10, 2001. Veterans interested in finding out more information about the program should contact their Veterans Affairs Office or visit the website at http://www.gibill.va.gov.
