CLEP and AP Credit Information
CLEP Registration and Costs - For registration and/or additional information contact PATTY BECKER in 105 AMSTUTZ HALL at 419-289-5953. Tests are administered by appointment. The fee is $72.00/test and the student is required to bring a credit card. The administration fee is $20.00 cash or check. NOTE: Ashland University's test center code is 1021.

A CLEP score of 50 earns 6 hours credit for Elementary I and II; begin in Intermediate I. |
A CLEP score of 62 earns 12 hours of credit and satisfies the foreign language requirement and the prerequisite for 300-level FL courses. |

AP credit is accepted at Ashland University. An AP score of 3 or higher earns credit to satisfy the foreign language requirement (equivalent of Intermediate I & II).
