ASSEMBLY LOCATIONS
Primary Responders:
Ashland University Safety Services: on campus 5555 or 911; off campus (419) 207-5555
Ashland City Police/Fire: 911 (involvement determined by primary Ashland University responders)
Note: 911 calls made from an Ashland University extension are routed through Ashland University Safety Services. 911 calls from cell phones, off campus phones, or by dialing 8-911 from an on campus phone will access the Ashland County 911 system directly.
All Ashland University buildings have a primary, secondary and tertiary assembly location. The primary location is another building adjacent to, or relatively close, to the building. This location is used for building specific, or very localized, evacuations. The secondary assembly location is the Rec. Center because of back up emergency power. The tertiary assembly location for all buildings is the Jack Miller Stadium. The nature of the emergency and availability of the assembly location will determine which one you should evacuate to. Seminary and the College of Nursing locations will differ (see below).

Important Considerations:
- For catastrophic emergencies, the Ashland University Theological campus community should assemble at the Ashland University main campus rec. center or quad (whichever is operational).
- For fire drills (or very short term evacuations) during inclement weather, occupants may be directed to an adjacent building not listed as an assembly location.
