The Teacher Leader program provides an opportunity for classroom teachers to expand their skills and knowledge of teaching and leadership. They gain professional skills to create and sustain curricular and instructional change, while also learning strategies for educational change at the grade and building levels. This program also prepares individuals for the Teacher Leader Endorsement.
