The Information Technology (IT) Strategic Plan was implemented in January 2005.
Over the past 16 months there have been substantial changes in the areas of technology
funding, budgeting, staffing, and facilities support. This report provides and update on
the goals outlined in the plan, lists estimated timeline for completion and challenges that
impact attainment of certain goals.
