Great News! Our national award winning “EPIC” program has been updated to align with the Social Studies Academic Content Standards (“ACS”) adopted by the Ohio Department of Education (“ODE”) on December 10, 2002. Using teacher-friendly, classroom ready lessons the characters of EPIC will help you infuse economic education into the classroom and reinforce core subject content. The materials are constructed to address a variety of learning styles. Activities encourage active learning and develop critical thinking skills while also enhancing reading, writing, and math skills. Students benefit from becoming economically literate and better able to understand their roles in our economy.
