Employer Information

Ed Expo is at full capacity for Employers.  Please contact the sponsors for information on additional opportunities to recruit education graduates from the EdExpo Consortium colleges.



Parking Information
Shipping Recruiting Materials

Parking Options

1.  Valet parking will be available for Education Expo.  Please drive to the Field House where you can unload your information and a Valet Attendant will give you a tag for your vehicle. 

2.  If you prefer to park your own car, you are able to drop off materials at the front of the Field House and then park your car in one of several locations. 

Lots O & J in front of the Field House are designated parking areas for Education Expo.

Additional parking is available around Fraternity Circle (Lot F) and Wander Field (Lot W) which are past the Field House on the left side of the road.

Shuttle service will be available for people parking far away from the Field House.

Where Not To Park:

DO NOT park in the Diagnostic Center lot which is located on the right side of Lincoln Avenue prior to the Field House. This is private property and cars have been towed in previous years.


Shipping Recruiting Materials

Please follow these instructions for shipping all materials to Ohio Northern University for Education Expo (Wednesday, April 9, 2008) to ensure proper delivery of your materials. Ohio Northern University and the Office of Career Services cannot be held responsible for any packages that are sent without the following information properly affixed to the package.
  1. The label MUST have the following information and in this order:
    University Warehouse
    4611 SR 235
    Ada, OH 45810
    Education Expo 2008
    Nancy Sheely
    King Horn/Sports Center
    (Your Name)
    (Your School District's Name)
    (Total # of packages i.e. 1 of 2)
  2. Given local arrangements, the following freight carriers are preferred for your use: UPS, RPS, DHL. Please ship between March 24th-April 2nd!
  3. Please provide the following information by email to the Education Expo Center, through edexpo@onu.edu :
    Date the package(s) are scheduled to arrive.
    All Tracking Information.
    Carrier you shipped through.
    Number of packages to arrive.
  4. Please keep all Tracking Information and bring it with you on April 9th. You will need that information to claim your package when you arrive at Ohio Northern University.
  5. If you need materials sent back to your district or next recruiting site after the fair, please bring the appropriate paperwork.
