Applying to the Program
New Students:
Before an applicant can be officially accepted into the Evening and Weekend program, the following information must be sent to the Evening and Weekend program office:
- A completed Evening and Weekend application form. Click here for printable application form. (PDF)
- A $25 non-refundable application fee.
- Official transcripts from all colleges and universities that the applicant has attended. Offical high school transcripts (or GED) are required if the applicant does not have any previous college credit.
- A current resume.
Returning Students Re-Admitting to the Evening Weekend Program:
- A completed Re-Admit/Re-Activation Form. Click here for printable Re-Admit/Reactivation Form (PDF).
- Official transcripts from all colleges and universities that have been attended by the applicant since last being enrolled at Ashland University.
- An updated resume.
All documents for New Students and/or Returning Re-Admitting Students should be sent to the following:
