Understanding Mediation & How It Works in Ashland County

Presenter: Shelly Whalen, Director, Community Mediation Services of Central Ohio

Learn about mediation and the possibilities for Ashland County. Ms. Whalen is in the process of helping the Kroc Center and the Ashland Center for Nonviolence train mediators and develop a mediation program for the community.

CEUs, at no cost, are available for this program for Social Workers and Counselors. Sign up at the door. The program is free and open to anyone interested in finding out about mediation or interested in becoming a mediator. (Additional training is expected to be offered in the spring.)

Program is from 1pm-3pm.
