Dr. Lucille G. and L.W. Ford Distinguished Business Lecture Series was started in 2003 through the generous support of Dr. Peter Linneman and his wife, Kathleen – both graduates of Ashland University’s class of 1973. The series honors and recognizes Dr. Lucille Ford as a mentor to not only the Linnemmans but also the countless other students who studied economics with her at Ashland University. Dr. Ford had an illustrious career at Ashland University where she served as a faculty member, Chair of the Economics Department, Dean of the College of Business & Economics, and the Provost. The series has become a signature event for the Dauch College of Business and Economics. The series is coordinated by Dr. Khushwant Pittenger, Professor, Business Management & Jepson Endowed Chair.
