Junior Recital: Dively & Dawson

Music education majors Ian Dively, trumpet and Matthew Dawson, percussion are joined by pianist Sue Gregg and the Ashland Trumpets for their junior recital. The concert is free and open to the public.

A graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley (Berlin, PA), Ian will perform Pierre Gabaye's "Boutade," Robert McIver's "Shall We Gather at the River," Giuseppe Torelli's Concerto in D Major, and "Overture in the Forest" by Spencer Johnson.

Matthew is a graduate of Lexington High School (Lexington, OH) and will present "March" from Elliott Carter's Eight Pieces for Four Timpani, William Kraft's "Morris Dance," Tim Huesgen's Triology for Vibraphone, and Michi for Marimba by Keiko Abe.
