Debra Westerfelt
Dr. Debra Westerfelt is an Assistant Professor of Business Management in the Dauch College of Business and Economics. Dr. Westerfelt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Ashland University in 1975, a Master of Arts (1981) and a Ph.D. in Business Education from The Ohio State University in 1993. She teaches Organizational Behavior, Organizational Design, and Strategic Planning and Policy Analysis in the MBA Program. In the BBA Program, she teaches Introduction to Management and Business Communications. Dr. Westerfelt is the advisor of the SHRM Student Chapter on campus. She presented at the OBTC Conference at Babson College in 2008 and the Midwest Sciences Decisions Conference at Miami University in 2009. Her most recent publication is in the March, 2009 issue of the Organizational Leadership and Management Journal.
