Dr. Deleasa Randall-Griffiths, associate professor of speech in the Department of Communication Arts, joined the Ashland University faculty in 1994. Her areas of expertise include interpersonal communication, conversational analysis, family communication, performance studies and storytelling. She works with the Ashland Chautauqua as a member of the planning committee and as a writer/director of local history performances. She also works as a storyteller throughout the community. She received her Ph.D. and M.S. in Speech Communication from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and her B.A. in Theatre from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis.
