Dr. Brandi Noll joined the Ashland University faculty in 2011. Her prior experiences in the field of education include teaching at both private and public schools, and serving in such roles as teacher, reading tutor, reading specialist, literacy coach and as a professional development provider for area schools. Prior to coming to Ashland, Dr. Noll was a part-time faculty member at The University of Akron, where she taught both graduate and undergraduate courses for the College of Education. She has also presented both locally and nationally at educational conferences and workshops on such topics as: five essential areas of reading, reading assessment, the use of iPads/iPods in reading instruction, primary grade writing instruction, and evaluating preschool literacy programs. Brandi received her undergraduate elementary education degree from Walsh University, her masters in Reading from Malone University and her PhD from The University of Akron.
