Dr. Lifer has completed 43 years as a faculty member in the College of Education, He has served as
Director of Student Teaching, Department Chair, and Coordinator of Computer Education. He assisted with the development of the Master of Education Program, and the early field experiences for career exploration in the elementary education area. Dr. Lifer holds degrees from Ashland College and Ohio State University and currently teaches courses in the Department of Educational Foundations.
