Staff Accompanist

Susan Gregg is a native of Ashland. She graduated Magna cum Laude with a Bachelor of Music degree from Miami (Ohio) University, where she was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She earned a Master of Music degree from Boston University. Additional work has been completed at the University of Cincinnati, Oberlin College, Capital University
and Ashland University.

She taught Suzuki violin and piano for 10 years and has adjudicated various piano festivals in the area. She was accompanist for the Ashland Symphonic Youth Chorus for 14 years, where she also directed the Prep Chorus.

Mrs. Gregg has been the organist for Ashland First United Methodist Church for 38 years. At Ashland University, she is a staff accompanist for all flute, trumpet and french horn students. She taught general music and choir at St. Mary’s School in Wooster for 13 years and has been teaching at St. Edward School since 1987. She lives with her husband Bob, and has 3 grown sons, and 2 grandchildren.
