Andria Brennan Hoy holds a Masters Degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music where she studied with the renowned oboist John Mack. Prior to her studies at CIM, she attended Louisiana State University as a student of Linda Strommen. Ms. Brennan Hoy is currently Principal Oboe of the Ashland Symphony Orchestra, plays regularly with the Mansfield and Youngstown Symphony Orchestras and as extra with the Akron and Firelands Symphonies. Ms. Brennan Hoy has previously performed with the Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra, the Louisiana Sinfonietta and the Ohio Light Opera. She is the Oboe Instructor at Ashland University and the Kent State University Stark Campus and is the Assistant Director of the John Mack Oboe Camp.
