AU Email Account

All Ashland University students are provided with an e-mail account free of charge. Ashland University expects students to check their Ashland University e-mail account regularly since it will be used by faculty and staff for communication purposes. Please refer to Information Technology for a listing of computer labs and other information. If you are having any problems accessing your e-mail you should contact the Information Technology Help Desk at help@ashland.edu or at 419-289-5405. Students can also submit a work ticket online (students can also check the status of an open ticket through this website).
