Question:

Does it matter where the student resides in order to be accepted into the online MBA program?

No, as long as the student is residing in United States, it should not matter. However, the student will need to pay attention to the deadlines for submitting assignments and exams as all time deadlines will be Eastern time. At this time, international students are only permitted to apply to the regular MBA Program.
