May I bring a microwave oven or refrigerator?

Students are allowed to bring one (1) microwave oven per residence hall room. Microwaves must not exceed one (1) cu. ft. Students are allowed to bring one (1) refrigerator per residence hall room. Refrigerators must not exceed 4.5 cubic feet.
